Our Story
How It All Started
Invested Communities Network was born out of a simple but powerful belief: that the people of Indianapolis have everything they need to thrive — they just need the right connections, the right support, and someone willing to invest in them.
Founded in Indianapolis, Indiana, our network started as a grassroots effort to connect youth with mentors, families with resources, and returning citizens with second chances. What began as a small circle of committed community members has grown into a network of volunteers, partners, and advocates all working toward the same goal.
Today, we organize community events, support volunteer-driven programs, and build partnerships with small businesses and organizations across the state. Every event we host, every volunteer we mobilize, and every partnership we form is a step toward a stronger, more invested Indianapolis.

Founder & Executive Director
Keith is one of the driving forces behind Invested Communities Network. United by a shared vision, he and his co-founders set out to build something real — a network that connects people to the resources, relationships, and opportunities they need to grow. He leads with passion and purpose, knowing that stronger individuals build stronger families, and stronger families build stronger communities.
Clifford Oatts
Founder & Chief of Operations
Clifford helped build Invested Communities Network from the ground up alongside his co-founders. He is a dedicated individual who sees the need for deeper community ties and shows up every day to help meet it. His commitment to people and to operational excellence keeps the network moving forward with intention and heart.
Delon Fleming
Founder & Treasurer
Delon co-founded Invested Communities Network with a clear-eyed understanding of what communities need to thrive. He believes that when individuals are given the right resources and connections, the ripple effect reaches far — transforming families, neighborhoods, and generations to come. He brings that same vision and dedication to every decision he makes.
